The following perks were offered to me

Suggestions for improvement

  • Less procedures should be written up offenses or there should be a tier of procedures that can be done as warning before a write up is put in your file. The amount of overages or shortages an employees till can be should be re-evaluated. Management should back up lower management in the sight of employees and differently not undermine them in front of the employees. Lastly when evauluting an employee for termination I think more then one factor should be taken into account. Such as tenor, knowledge of position, likeability by patrons, likeability by vendors, and dependability of employee.

What I like about the company

The co-workers were nice to work with.

What I dislike about the company

That following company policy got you looked down upon buy employee's under you and was not backed by higher management and that you were penalized for honestly following procedure.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Move back to private offices that give people a sense of self respect and professionalism no longer seen here. The flexibility program is open to the interpretation of each supervisor therefore there is no continuity. The forced ranking system is outdated and discriminatory.

What I like about the company

Good training, travel opportunities, gym on site as well as daycare. Diverse work opportunities, strong safety program, very strong on ergonomics.

What I dislike about the company

Open work environment leads to discord among coworkers which is on full display. Not conducive to any privacy of any kind. Also spreads any kind of illness. If one person gets a cold the workroom drops like flies. Very little private space for individual expression, constant interruptions and noise make it difficult to work. Management is in offices elsewhere and is blind to any of these issues and interprets all of this as "collaboration"
