Suggestions for improvement
- Less procedures should be written up offenses or there should be a tier of procedures that can be done as warning before a write up is put in your file. The amount of overages or shortages an employees till can be should be re-evaluated. Management should back up lower management in the sight of employees and differently not undermine them in front of the employees. Lastly when evauluting an employee for termination I think more then one factor should be taken into account. Such as tenor, knowledge of position, likeability by patrons, likeability by vendors, and dependability of employee.
What I like about the company
The co-workers were nice to work with.
What I dislike about the company
That following company policy got you looked down upon buy employee's under you and was not backed by higher management and that you were penalized for honestly following procedure.
