- Middle managers should be more willing to stick out their necks and facilitate change faster, especially when upper management has stated goals.
I like about the employer
ExxonMobil is a large company that has many opportunities to work diverse projects in diverse roles.
I dislike about the employer
Like any large corporation there is a bureaucracy that hinders quick decisions. There are also politics that must be played to advance. The employee performance ranking process is one where one mistake or one bad boss can hinder promotions for years afterwards, there is very little redemption.
