ExxonMobil is a good employer. It has the benefit of a very large staff so there is a niche for all types of roles and people.
What I dislike about the company
The downside to a very large company is that the bureaucracy and resistance to change can be frustrating. There are always a few outdated policies that middle management is resistant to question because no one wants to be the first to stick his or her neck out.
