Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to be overhauled, and a bonus structure based on performance (not seniority) put into place.

Advanced tools and great learning opportunities.
I dislike about the employer
The company has basically told its support staff to work harder with less. Its reduced their bonuses, while handsomely rewarding its doctors and mostly its board members; which are also doctors working. The main focus seems to be its profit margins and not helping out those who do a majority of the work. Since the economic crash of 2007/ 2008, the company has repeatedly told staff that "work will be hard" and if the "don't like it, they can leave and be replaced". The company was once very giving to it's employees, but has since made their lives harder while giving more and more to its docs and corporate members.
