- Stop micromanaging! Let your employees do what they're good at. Stop second guessing so we stop wasting time going down side alleys.
What I like about the company
Small company. We generally all pull together to help each other get projects done.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management micromanages everything from the details of an fastener to the font of a presentation. They need to trust the talent that they hired to be able to perform their jobs. The director of HR believes that she is not successful unless 80% of the employees hate her or are afraid of her.
