Overall Compensation for your work
Their insurance is great, but compenstation is severely outdated.
They fully expect store management to be 24/7 devoted to the company.
Suggestions for improvement
- Wake up and realize it is 2015 and running the company as you did in the 1950s will no longer work.
I like about the employer
Their insurance is great, but everything else lacks.
I dislike about the employer
Faber is the most outdated company to still exist in 2015. Paperwork is still done on carbon paper, their pay is far below living wage. They pay store managers less than double digits to run entire locations, and fully expect said management to be 24/7 devoted to the company and cover any and all issues, sometimes working alone for 16+ hour shifts with no break. Upper management in the company provides no support, only criticism.
