- "To ever serve your employees better"
They say "to ever serve our customers better" they should "ever serve their employees better"
Poor leadership. Very old school and more concerned with authority.
My previous Director frowned on helping each other on the team. She struggled with forming a team due to her high turnover.
Poor communication. It's only among leadership and key information is not passed to employees in order to be effective with their work.
Corporate location has poor reputation within company. Inconsistent practices. Your voice is not heard.
Poor Leadership. They turn their head to poor practice. Your voice is never heard.
Depends on department. They say they empower people, but not the case.
Poor communication especially between leadership and staff.
Woman are not considered the same in this environment. It's a mans world there.
