Suggestions for improvement
- Diversity training and learning how to communicate effectively while making the agency more inclusive, while including more line level staff in decision making opportunities.
I dislike about the employer
The agency does not honor telecommuting guidelines as the rest of the county does. All of the executive and middle managers are micromanaged. Staff is not treated fairly and there's no sense of autonomy. Change is often mentioned but ideas are only accepted from primary staff members that are slated for promotional opportunities.
