Suggestions for improvement
- More event planning
No pats on the back for a job well done unless you are upper management.
Employees were never kept in the loop or asked for input
They are not interested in promoting from within. They would rather look to the street for cheaper alternatives. Moral is very bad
I was laid off after 15 years, so I'd say job security is not very good.
I think that it was a matter of not enough managers to support the amount of work and the number of employees.
They did what they could.
Great benefits when I was there.
My job was off shored
Good benefits, non threatening environment, nice people.
