Suggestions for improvement
- Stop looking at just the numbers! The employees make your numbers work. Take care of them and they will take care of you!
What I like about the company
pretty laid-back atmosphere as long as you got your work done. Lower and middle management do all the work and try to make it work with the craft employees.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management and the bean counters have no clue how to run the business.
