Great team at FV clinics. Great communication, help, knowledge and resources
We all did that without managment guiding us to do so.
Freedom to work independently
I did not have a micro managing boss. We all worked as a team and independantly
through email, meetings, and in person. good communication within FV
A lot of females in this industry
Attitude towards older colleagues
Absolutly no discrimination in the Fairview group.

Overall compensation for your work
Considering I worked with blood and body fluids that could be potentially very dangerous to MY health. NO more pay would be appropriate
Office / Work Environment
technology, definately. Ergonomics need work in some areas.
Some clinics had LEER rating. FV very conscious of recycle and enviroment. Could improve on decreasing bio-hazard waste weight
Long hours, traffic and then being back to work...40+ hours staying late...not good life balance
big stable company. well spread out for choice of locations
Not sure I saw this. All facilities handicap accessible
A lot of multitasking. Dealing with patients is always challenging also
Inclusive / Diverse
FV definately values diversity. And provides traing on diversity of patients and employees
Suggestions for improvement
- Less waste. Medical industry can be hard, however, it can and should be done.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed working there because the training and support to do job right was there. great benefits, great people. Tech support, health support, tuition reimbursement all good. Solid company with values.
What I dislike about the company
Bio hazard waste weight could be decreased. Make sure employees get time off, only 8 hour shifts. it can be stressful.
