Suggestions for improvement
- Start appreciating your employees. Realize you may come up with policies and procedure but those that you rule with your iron fists are the ones that do the work. Treat them like they are actually valued by your organization.
What I like about the company
Fairview does provide the tools necessary to do your job.
What I dislike about the company
Fairview is always in a state of flux, and resembles the KeyStone cops, which way do we go, which way do we go. They are always striving for "employee engagement" but the work atmosphere is one of fear. They have not yet realized that engaged employees feel secure in their positions and that they feel valued and have some input in their future with this employer. Until the culture of this organization changes, they will never be the best place their employees have ever worked.
