Outwardly, a culture of teamwork was cultivated but often competitiveness got in the way. Favoritism cultivated a mistrust.
Support from management
It seemed like management were seldom on the same page and priorities were shifted to quickly before complete or resolved.
There seemed to be a very competitive and cut throat manner in which the team would would operate. Often causing confusion rather than results.
Freedom to work independently
When applicable, it was Great, but more often than not it was hard to accomplish goals alone.
Communication was fly by the seat of the pants depending on the circumstances. And not often translated into positive results.

Yes older people are hired, most end up leaving.

Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to clearly define their roles, give more support to the production managers and supervisors. Engineering needs to update specifications and support operators when issues arise. And lastly update machinery to promote better quality in their process.
What I like about the company
Everyone is polite and for the most part get along well. Workers are often willing to lend a hand when asked.
What I dislike about the company
The structure is too loosely managed. often leaving employees feeling insecure with their job stability.
