Outwardly, a culture of teamwork was cultivated but often competitiveness got in the way. Favoritism cultivated a mistrust.

It seemed like management were seldom on the same page and priorities were shifted to quickly before complete or resolved.
There seemed to be a very competitive and cut throat manner in which the team would would operate. Often causing confusion rather than results.
