Suggestions for improvement
- try to get people that are qualified, but not only connected to employees or company ( relatives ) or otherwise & let them grow in field they enjoy.
What I like about the company
Was I thought since it was family business & in my field carpentry/lumber & as an Andersen Tech. I could further my carrier & grow with the company.
What I dislike about the company
your in put does not mater it is a family business & if hired without being family or connected in some way with, then you will not stay employed there long.
