- Get rid of all the seagull and buffalo management you have and hire people who value the work your employees give.

Communication is poor. Upper management bullies employees to get more work done in the least time and won't authorize overtime. Middle management has no spine at all and bends to Chiefs will. They do not go to bat for their employees, they expect the employees to be "all in" when they aren't themselves.
