- Company needs a lot of improvement in management and service to customers in have product ready and available for shipment. If company protrays an image, they must live up to it.
What I like about the company
Employees are very nice.
What I dislike about the company
Poor service to customers. The company website is unreasonably slow and 8 times out of 10, product is not in the warehouse for shipment to customers. Customers generally have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to receive product and are not informed of delays at the time of ordering.
