Suggestions for improvement
- To shut down Been in bankruptcy& numerous changes to try to hold into it.
Only gett support and verbal commendations from one of two supervisors and none from manager.
Time limit 3 minutes to servicing customers with complaints and concerns with little to no back-up from manager and one supervisor.
CSR's try to work together due to lack of support from management.
Little to no say.
CSR's are often the last to know of upcoming changes and no input from CSR's about concerns.
