Support from Management
A lot of change consistently regarding supervisors. No consistency on policy and procedure between supervisors. No clear direction, support, and/or human resource systems to protect employees from discrimination, both internally and externally.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better HR policies designed to ensure employee stability and protection.
What I like about the company
What I liked about Family Design Resources, Inc. was the nature of the work, helping families and children achieve timely permanency.
