- don't play favorite to certain employees
Allows employees to bully other employees then fire the one being bullied. When they fire they blame it on your production speed. Your production is "graded" weekly and monthly. The day the employee who was being bullied was fired for their production not meeting the requirements (the day the figures was figured) was the day they was training the replacement for that employees. There is a 3 day orientation before training. So the real reason that employee was fired?!
Bulling was allowed and rewarded.
