Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to do a better job of treating their employees with respect and care. The stores should be closed on holidays so that employees can be with family. The local store I worked in never made enough to be worth keeping open yet the store hours were still set to be open very early and close later on the holidays so must employees missed any family festivities that would have been going on. For a company with Family in the title, this company sure lacks the caring for their employees and their families in several aspects.
I dislike about the employer
Employees were treated poorly. If a customer complained the D.M or higher would always go against company policy to make the customer happy and treat the employee as if they were the incompetent one. They also do not pay a reasonable wage for the work that has to be done. When an Assistant Mgr is being paid hourly and doing everything a salary Manager is doing, that is completely ridiculous.
