Very abusive and under appreciated. Very racial for a company that caters to inner cities. District Mgr while she was in my store called customers "the Natives". She even called the one black manager as "The Native Boy"
Suggestions for improvement
- Get a new DM that is mature and is there to help.
What I like about the company
Very little. A couple of my associates.
What I dislike about the company
Locations are tough to get get long term associates so LONG days (14-17 hr days) are VERY common. No support or compassion from DM. She also made comments about the customer as being "Natives" that made me feel very uncomfortable.
