Pay was low and raises were based on store inventory, not merit. So stores in bad areas gave you no way to receive fair raises
Because of scheduling you have no balance
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees like the hard working people they are. Recoginize really good employees and reward them by paying them what they are worth.
