Poor, it is who you know, not what you know, or how well you do it. There is no fairness.
Support from Management
Employees input doesn't matter, too many chiefs with different expectations and requirements. If your a brown noser or family or very close to certain people, you will get ahead, whether you deserve it or not. Previously, the company treated employees great and actual cared about them, but over the years, employees are no longer valued as before. Loyalty, gets you no where.
