Support from management
I had multiple complaints to management with working at the ridge house with coworkers bullying me.was always made to feel it was me.was told to stand up for myself by management which i did one time and still got written up. Management wont relieve staff themselves if theres an emergency. I fractured my ankle at work at was stuck at house for 2 half hours cause they wouldnt come in and had to wait for staff to come in.
Lots of staff in house only want to help their friends,management was horrible with assigninging jobs and often did unfairly.
Freedom to work independently
You can work inndepedndtly because management doesnt correct their mistakes or followup properly.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Management was better with people who worked in the house for so many years.always trying to keep them happy.
Office / Work Environment
Management was awful with helping people on the computers.many times i would assist coworkers who were having difficulty getting on computer. Management stays in office at house entire time.
If you have children this job is great for you, managemnt was great for people with kids.staff can come and go as they wanted.if you didnt have children like myself ehen other things came up in my life it didnt matter in their eyes the job should be my life.
I was hurt on job, my fmla ended and i still wasnt able to return to work.if you get hurt on job and cant return in time and able to perform the job you get terminated like i did
Things were constantly breaking and never repaired correctly and when you adress it it doesnt get properly handled.
Suggestions for improvement
- Managemnt to come out of office.management needs to step up and set example and assist staff more especially with scheduling and emergency situations.
What I like about the company
I loved the guys in the house i worked at,getting overtime was easy
