Support from Management
Leadership lacks vision and realistic goals. They are reactive instead of proactive with everything. CEO is a poor communicator, with a focus on growing the bottom line not the organizations impact.
Level of Autonomy
It's a not for profit so people are expected to wear many hats and the workload is large depending on your position and the time of year
