- Become more diverse with staffing in order to reflect what your community looks like, and to encourage and celebrate different ethnicities I the community.
What I like about the company
Flexible schedule for working parents, two office locations as bases, good pay compared with other non profits in the area.
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes felt as though workers weren't considered in major decisions affecting agency. Lack of diversity in employees in both gender and ethnicity.
