Senior management cares about one thing, money on the board. They will cuss, berate, intimidate and cheat to get it.
Picks and chooses who to discipline and senior management faces no consequences. If you hire incompetent leadership, you can't blame middle management and hourly staff. If you do it twice, which happened in the Sharonville location, you should realize the problem is higher up. But instead they just shut down the office and left the whole office without jobs or any type of severance package.
