Suggestions for improvement
- Better training is needed. More parking. More personnel needed to ease call waits. Stats they use to rate you are more concerned about qty than quality. Speed of call is overemphasized
What I like about the company
Desirable schedule. Nice work environment. Casual dress. Some perks--free meals occasionally and snacks
What I dislike about the company
Too much training time is spent on background and needs to be more focused on actual computer work and job situations. Feels like most important info we need is rushed through
