- Go back to the employees, see what it really takes to get the job done and then with a happy employee you will have happy customers (insurers).
I like about the employer
The flexibility of setting my own appointments for inspections.
I dislike about the employer
Where to begin; lack of leadership, constant changes that make getting the job done impossible, no work social life balance, company does not staff to give the customers what they deserve when they have a claim (the time of the employee to walk them through the process)
