Suggestions for improvement
- Revamp your commission structure so that good employees are actually rewarded for hard work. Fastenal has a huge turnover of employees because they make it seem that you will earn plenty of commission, then once you're there, you realize that base pay is pretty much going to be it. If one were to visit a Fastenal branch, you will see new people every few months because of their pay structure or lack thereof.
What I like about the company
Work atmosphere was great. I got along well with my coworkers, and generally things were fast paced. Made a lot of friends in many types of industry.
