Suggestions for improvement
- The improvements I would make would be to, Improve safety, host awareness meetings to keep down an hostile work environment.
No interest in improvement, without the ideas being French.
One star only, since you didn't provide a negative star.
No interaction between department personnel.
Give up your ideas or become a target for their blame game.
Daily meetings were a joke, no follow through. Just figure out whom to blame for a problem.
The culture is everything except what Faurecia's stated values are suppose to be.
Mangers don't want to fix equipment issues or even hear about them. If the machine breaks down it is a production problem and you are held to account for the machine breaking. There are no PM's scheduled or completed yet it is a surprise when the machines break.
There is no team accountability to their is not team work. Production takes a back seat to everything else.
