Suggestions for improvement
- Allow the professional people hired to do their job. Too much micro management and self-serving interest for the sake of the so called bottom line! Buying awards (One of the best places to work award) is self serving, most of the employees except for a select few would agree with this false honor.
- Re-evaluate truthfully; why so many people are leaving! The cost of loosing quality experienced employees should be alarming and evident. Try to retain the people you have instead of hiring 3-4 employees to take their place, this cannot be cost effective.
What I like about the company
The first generation owners--got it! The retention of employees was high!
What I dislike about the company
The second generation owners--don't get it! Change merely for change; that is not well thought out is counter productive. The turn over rate of employees is really high now.
