Suggestions for improvement
- Make quality important. Get rid of WCM wall dressing. Use the simpler problem solving tools. Don't just try to use them all - for what?
- Make people accountable for their quality. Start with an entirely new management team at Tipton and Kokomo. Same managers = same lack of good results.
I like about the employer
Not too much.
I dislike about the employer
No work/life balance. Quality means nothing. Too much given to the CEO - didn't deserve a $75MM bonus in 2015.
