upper management is very hushed about everything and doesn't distribute information effectively to be handed out by the Operations Supervisors to the employees.
Teamwork suffers as the somber mood is held like a dark cloud over everyone.
Freedom to work independently
Expected to work alone not really trusted to work alone as upper management tends to micromanage but expects independence from lower management.
