Big hype for Culture however Senior Management will not get involved when there are employee disputes regarding abuse of authority and mistreatment by managers.
Support from management
As noted earlier Senior Managers will not involve themselves in serious issues. They cover-up wrong-doing (i.e. employees sleeping on the job, long-term employees underperforming but continue to work without disciplinary actions.
Senior and Regional Managers speak the term Teamwork a lot but do not walk the talk. Many do not really understand what true Teamwork means and what kind of culture change needs to take place. Teamwork culture change starts at the top down not bottom up.
Management only shares what they want you to hear.
Gender equality is only in effect if you are a "crony"
Since they only receive surveys from approx. 60% of employees it looks good on paper. The disgruntles employees have given-up completing surveys because nothing changes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make Senior Managers accountable for managers that cover-up wrong doing.
