The culture is closed & all communication was company acronyms. There was no patience for new people beginning to understand the systems, departments, & corporate struction. Management was arrogant, lazy, & expects the newest employees to do all the research, analysis, and presentation prep.
Support from management
Manager had no emotional intelligence, obsessive-compulsive, & provided no support.
Office politics & people constantly try to sabotage each other.
Fair gender equality.
Attitude towards older colleagues
People would constantly try to sabotage each other.
Overall compensation for your work
Below market & if you came in at a middle level long-time employees would be jealous and try to sabotage u.
Office / Work Environment
I had one employee on my team that was obsessive-compulsive & he would criticize the smallest error.
They setup routine conference calls early in the morning. The earliest I had to be in for a conference call was 4am.
I would never work there again. I think other departments may have been better, but the Cash Product Office was horrible!
I started & was on the customary six month probation and let go two weeks before completing probation. This is after I moved across the country for this job.
Good handicapped access.
Good workplace safety.
Inclusive / Diverse
My department was 90% asian, closed office culture. Obsessive-compulsive manager. I noticed that the Asian employees would support eachother & conspire to eliminate non-asians & make work hard for everyone else.
Suggestions for improvement
- Diversify your workforce instead of having an all Asian department.
What I like about the company
