Suggestions for improvement
- Restructure things such that people will want to stay because they will not need to go somewhere else to make "real" money. So many leave because pay structures put people in a rut that is almost impossible to get out of. so, people leave. Loss of trained people, meaning more training of people which means higher labor costs. Would be cheaper to figure out how to keep people.
I like about the employer
The company is a leader, as a whole, with good benefits and decent pay.
