Suggestions for improvement
- Incentives to improve. Better wages for amount of time devoted to work. Consistency in daily hours/work load assigned.
What I like about the company
Flexible with Schedule when days off were needed but was always upset and unorganized with planning. Some days were ignored even if they were agreed upon with prior planning.
All in all the only other positive about the job was the compensation for work. Even then the pay would change. Started at $130 a day and docked pay around holidays to anywhere around $100 a day but would be told bonus was easier to achieve. Bonus pay was an extra $1 per stop delivered over a designated amount of stops.
