Immediate supervisors up to District Level did great. Higher ups need to do a undercover boss (for like 3 weeks, not a day) to get a feel for the hoops they expect employees to jump through
it was hit and miss. some employees did wonderfully trying to work hard and some were just warm bodies. It was apparent who was who.
The training staff did great, but like the rest of the store level staff, there just weren't enough. Corporate decided the best solution was e-training and a sink or swim mentality after a few days.
