They employ a lot of people, so their benefits are good because they have leverage to negotiate good prices for medical, prescriptions, etc.They have tuition reimbursement program.
Women don't get promoted like the men do. They hire women managers in the stations and Office locations to keep the corporate numbers up for the Dept of Labor, but at Corporate, they don't trust women with the business. You can be asked to be ready and work 24/7 without any compensation if you are an exempt employee. Just ask all those employees on production coverage whose managers won't get compensation approved. There is no consistency between VP's as to which policies they will or won't follow in the policy manual. The attitude is 'if you don't like it, leave now.' So I don't really see the point of women who believe they are equal or better to their male counterparts, should even try to start someplace where growth is so stifled. Good Luck.
