All FEDITC employees have the opportunity to defer into the 401(k) portions of their income into either a Traditional Pre-Tax 401(k) or an After-Tax Roth 401(k). For 2017, you can immediately defer up to $18,000. FEDITC offers matching to eligible employees after 1 year of employment.
