Enjoyable and Professional atmosphere

What I like
I like the office environment. Shirt and Tie not required, but still a sense of professionalism. Friendly.
What I dislike
Long commute. Work sometimes spills over into personal time.
Suggestions for improvement
Continue to improve communication and teamwork. Possibly a company-wide newsletter that covers all of FedITC and highlights employees around the world.

Job Security is fair, but it would be difficult to be more, as this is a company supported by contracts. When they end, there is not always one available to replace it, therefore there is a need to lay individuals off.

I have been with FEDITC for only 3+ months. During that time FEDITC has been very responsive to my needs or concerns. An Outstanding company to work for.
Support from management
one of the best I have worked with in over 18 years as a contractor.
Job Security
When providing contract support to the Federal Government everything hinges on the next contract award. This makes it difficult if a competing contractor wins the new contract.
