Very little trust between employees and supervisors.

Target goals are not realistic. Management was a revolving door of negative attitudes and backstabbing.
2/3 of management never posted monthly goals, statuses during the month or acted like they even cared whether you made money or not.
Half of the women they've hired have quit within a few months. Not very adept at handling the differences between communication styles.
