Promotes C/D players, and keep underpaid A/B players as subordinates; discrimination and hostile work environment.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove current management, and promote more A players. Pay must be improved. Workhours were excessive. Managers lazy and work 50% of employees.

There is nothing positive about this company.
What I dislike about the company
Remove management from the top down to middle level.
