Suggestions for improvement
Trust employees by allowing more remote work options for positions that can be executed remotely. More diversity in leadership. Nurture internal talent and provide clear career paths and resources. Better pay for entry level positions. Better tracking of pay equality so those being newly recruited aren’t making nearly double of someone who is currently and consistently doing the role successfully, and has been for years.
