Former EmployeeWorked at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Fulton, MS.

What I like

Ferguson is always trying to help anyone in need. They have help lines to call for pretty much anything. They participate in lots of community projects.

What I dislike

There are serious problems that are not taken care of. There is too much favoritism. All policies are not enforced the same to each employee. There is a lack of empathy for family issues. The manager doesn't manage. Work isn't evenly distributed.

Suggestions for improvement

Treat each employee the same. Follow the rules and regulations.

EmployeeWorked at Ferguson Enterprises in Newport News, VA at the time of review.

What I like

A sense of family and community

What I dislike

Very little diversity in leadership; lack of focus on identifying internal talent.

Suggestions for improvement

Trust employees by allowing more remote work options for positions that can be executed remotely. More diversity in leadership. Nurture internal talent and provide clear career paths and resources. Better pay for entry level positions. Better tracking of pay equality so those being newly recruited aren’t making nearly double of someone who is currently and consistently doing the role successfully, and has been for years.

I gave all of my integrity and determination. However the Company was not flexible with the birth of my son. Had to quit

Former EmployeeWorked at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Pomona, CA.

What I like

I am sad to have needed to resign. I miss the company and wish they could have worked with me when my son was born. Even for a few weeks.

What I dislike

Lack of investment in their employees. I gave so much time and energy And planned for a future with Ferguson. It seems like a waste of their investment to let me go, when all I needed was a couple weeks to figure out a schedule conflict.

Suggestions for improvement

I loved everything about this company. Just didn’t feel supported in the end, even though I had done a great job
