Typical corporate toxic work environment
Very bad! People are afraid to ask questions or communicate.
Support from management
No support; they don't want to listen to you, don't understand your job, and doesn't care to. Just want to take credit!
No teammates; just competition and backstabbing; withholding information to make your life miserable.
Freedom to work independently
Micromanagement, watching the wrong people! Adding more work to people who work hard, and less to people who don't care about their job! And get promoted!
No communication, just figure out your job (no training), and don't ask management because they have no idea hoe to do your job.
It's the good Ole boys club!
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not trustworthy; they will throw you under a bus. There are no friends in business.
No promotion or raise, just more work!
Overall compensation for your work
Too much work for little pay; never promoted or given a raise, just more work!
Office / Work Environment
Doesn't care about environment impact.
There is no life outside Ferguson.
High turnover, should tell you something about the company image.
Upper management would put fear and doubt in your mind. Thinking they were better than and you are beneath them.
You're doing the work of 4 people and management has no clue about what you do; just want to take credit for your work.
Inclusive / Diverse
These are the people who get promoted thanks to the Government giving credit to corporate companies who hire or promote to receive more credits and money.
