This company demands a lot from its employees without always supporting them properly.
Suggestions for improvement
- HR should be more involved at local levels - we'll only see HR maybe once a year and that person spends time with the higher managers instead of the associates. We recently reduced hours from 50 to 45 a week but then did not staff properly to pick up the added work that still needs to be done in less time per day. They also should add more flexibility to all levels of management in terms of remote access and laptops so that customers can actually get answers and associates don't feel so overwhelmed.
What I like about the company
I was able to accelerate my career quickly with this company as there was some constant turnover. I'm thankful for those experiences and the opportunity to grow as a business woman.
What I dislike about the company
I highly disapprove of the management. They do not staff properly so it runs thin with associates and even thinner with seasoned associates. The hours are hard and the expectations are high; it's quite stressful.
