Suggestions for improvement
- They should communicate clear directives to their employees. Possibly listen to what their employees are saying. They are great at selling useless copper fittings but have no idea or care to have an idea of what else they can do to increase market share. Their philosophy is to increase revenue through attrition. Because the market will increase so will their revenue. "Great plan, guys"!
What I like about the company
They're completely unaware of what the other hand is doing.
