They play favoritism among employees. If you know a director or god help you, are friends with the owner or COO or a VP and have a dispute you will always always lose. The culture is cut throat and dishonest.
Support from management
Employees will try to work together - management will undermine efforts and are not appreciative of team work since they do not consider themselves part of the team.
Freedom to work independently
Non-existent and they lie constantly. they advise managers to lie to employees in order to not pay vendors and they keep secrets and change policy without warning.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older employees are not valued since the company does not value experience and maturity. They SEEK young easy to manipulate workers who do not know better
Will demand, pressure and intimidate you to get you to work overtime
They will fire you/layoff no warnings. across the board. It could be your last day everyday. HORRIBLE benefits and I do mean horrible. Do not plan to be able to afford to cover a family on their policies.
Challenging because they create a culture where its YOUR JOB to NOT PAY your vendors. So you are always juggling looking for new vendors and firing good vendors because they demand payment. They will have a vendor work and the plan is always NOT TO PAY.
Inclusive / Diverse
It is a very diverse work place - primarily I believe to the incredibly high turn over
Suggestions for improvement
- Start valuing your employees. Stop lying. Start paying vendors. Get GOOD managers and KEEP THEM. Let them do their work. Stop being so blatantly underhanded. Start over from the top down and get a new HR Director immediately. Lying is never a good look for a company.

The culture. The shady HR department - the crooked owner and the shyster of a COO
