Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees as you'd want to be treated. Talking down to them or micro-managing them is insulting.
Very vague on termination reason. Will not be precise on why .
Colleagues will blame others and not own up to the mistakes they make
Some special treatment to certain people and not othere
No prior warnings are given or results of the work you completed.
No seniors are not when you get close to retirement age they work on getting you out before you retire
