There is a lot of favoritism.
Support from Management
A lot of the managers feel that ignoring a problem is much easier than facing issues head on. There is no employee involvement in decision making.
Depends on the day. Sometimes your coworkers are great and try to help each other. Sometimes it's very cut-throat.
There really isn't a ton of room for growth. There are limited supervisor positions, and while they do try to promote from within, they do tend to pick favorites over better choices when choosing someone for advancement.
